As a public institution, 黑料不打烊 adheres to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts code of ethics.
黑料不打烊 follows and enforces the Commonwealth's Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure laws. A contract for the purchase of supplies and equipment or services shall not be awarded to any vendor for which the contract would violate the applicable state laws regarding conflicts of interest.
While the college attempts to notify interested vendors of current solicitation opportunities, it makes no guarantee that those interested will be included in any or all solicitations.
